GNH is Highly recommended, all options were detailed and quoted in writing with great pricing on all quotes. Gragg professionally explained all work to be performed and answered all questions until I was satisfied with the answers. Absolutely no pressure to push me into my decision or more costly up-sales. Had a motor freeze up and the ac couldn’t keep up during 100* heat. Called in the evening, came out next morning, quick assessed the issue, explained what happened and what needed done. Had the AC up and running promptly. Also had a blower motor go out a couple years ago and got the same responsive, detailed and quick work.
